Visit tracking on Pets

P: 13
I am deveoloping a database where I will record a Pet general information. Then I want to monitor every visit and other variables. I have created the tables Pet_info, Pet_Visit, Pet_medication etc. I am creating a form for the Pet_info and then I am puting subforms in tabs Pet Visit, Pet_Medication etc. My question is how can I create an auto number for those subforms. Example

Pet 1 Vistit1 Vomiting1, Medication 1
Visit 2 Dhiarrea2, Medication 2
Visit 3 Dihidration3, Medication3

Pet2 Vistit1 Vomiting1, Medication 1
Visit 2 Dhiarrea2, Medication 2
Visit 3 Dihidration3, Medication3

Pet3 Vistit1 Vomiting1, Medication 1
Visit 2 Dhiarrea2, Medication 2
Visit 3 Dihidration3, Medication3

So I want to click on the subforms and I want Access to keep track of the visit on each tab with appropiate subform. Would this involve much programming?
I thank you all in advance for any ideas. My goal is to be able to keep track of the visits in a constant manner.

Thank you very much in advance

Can you post the metadata for these three tables.

Here is an example of how to post table MetaData :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Table Name=tblStudent
  2. Field; Type; IndexInfo
  3. StudentID; Autonumber; PK
  4. Family; String; FK
  5. Name; String
  6. University; String; FK
  7. Mark; Numeric
  8. LastAttendance; Date/Time

TreatmentID needs to be removed from the Patient table. PatientID from the following two tables and TreatmentID and PatientID from the Drug Table. To see why this is done have a look at the tutorial on Normalisation and Table Structures and examine all your tables and try to work out the one to many relationships and how they work. Once you've done this you can come back with further questions.
