Creating E-mails linked to tables in Access

Hi, I'm trying to create an e-mail which contains a form for the user to fill out. When the user responds, the data that they filled out in the email should be dumped into a table in my Access database.

I know that you can do this by using the "create email" and "manage replies" functions in Access 2007. With this functionality, everytime you want to send out a linked email form to the user, you have to create a new email, select the fields in the table that you want to link and include. However, my problem is that I would like to have a button that automatically generates this information and sends the email instead of having to recreate and rechoose the fields each time. Any help is greatly appreciated!

To send the results of a query as a HTML formatted email you can use the SendObject function (example below)

DoCmd.SendObject acSendQuery, "YourQueryName", acFormatHTML, "", "", "", "", "", True

I don't think this answers my question. What I am trying to do is create a user form to collect information and put it into a table in my access database. However, I want the user interface to be an email. So, the form is in an email, the user fills out the e-mail and then the user sends it back to me. Then, Access should automatically process the email and put the form field categories into the the correct categores in the table.

This can be done using create email and manage replies. However, the issue i'm facing is that each time you want to send the e-mail, you have to recreate the email and rechoose the fields that you want to appear in it.

What I essentially want is a button that let's the user input their e-mail address, and have the form with all the fields that i previously chose to be generated in an email and sent to them whcih they can enter the information into and respond to and that can be updated to an access list
