I have tblInvoice with 3 customers' invoices and a form that has a fax button. When click on this button, it should fax out the 3 invoices to their respective fax number.
Here is simple scenerio:
tblinvoice contained 4 fields: CustName, FaxNum, MoneyOwned, and FaxStatus.
Records contained:
Company A, 555-5555, $400, No.
Company B, 666-6666, $5000, No.
Compnay C, 777-7777, $10,000, No.
frmFaxToCustomer: Contained 1 command button, Fax.
When Fax button is click, it will fax all records with "no" FaxStatus to their respective FaxNum, then Set FaxStatus to "Yes".
Does anyone came across something like this in their past experience or know how to do this?

You'll have to interface with an existing program, preferably one with command line capabilities or you'll have to write your own.
Alright, let say that I have created a report with 3 pages. One page per customer. Now, I have a "Fax" button in a form, with one click it will fax the reports to the customers according to their FaxNumber.
Does anyone want to challenge this task? You can create any simple database, and see if yours work.
This is so involved a topic that most people would shy away from answering it. You basically want someone to either find a program and write code to interface with it or write a self-contained faxing program. Responding to my earlier post wouldn't hurt either.
Please read the Posting Guidelines for help in narrowing the question.

Most experts don't have the spare time available to do this level of checking and research on your behalf. There are far too many questions posted every day for this level of help to be practical (or desirable).
If anyone has experience of your problem I'm sure they'll post, but as this is a more obscure area (Not really Access specially) I wouldn't expect too much from our experts here.
