Multiple Tables?

I would like to thank anyone for any help in advance. Ok first of I am relatively new to Access. I have managed to create a few nice looking databases but they're not really that complex. I am creating a database that is relatively small but it contains four groups. Lets call them groups a, b, c, & d. What I want is to be able to email some form or something (looking for input on the best option) to the group leaders. The group leaders will update their employees’ records and send back to me. At this point I would like to be able to pull groups a, b, c, & d. All back into access for use with queries, forms, and reports. Please offer me any help. If you need any more info I would be happy to provide it. Again Thanks!

What you'll want to do is split your front end and back end. That is, keep the data tables in a seperate file but link to them from the main database. This goes out to the users. The users will then e-mail you a copy of just the data tables whenever you need it.

I think you'll need to separate the main back-end database from the various copies for the groups. You will need to design a structure whereby the Groups' data is merged into the main database relatively easily.
Pay particular attention to keeping the size down. Get them to compress the file with WinZip or similar before sending back to you too. They should be Zipped up on the way out too.
