query design help required

i need help to design a query on a financial database. the database has a company name in first column followed by some parameters for the company x1, x2, x3, x4 and x5 in subsequent columns. i often need to search for companies where x1 = x2 = x3 = x4 = x5. can anybody help me in designing a query which gives me output with those companies who have this characteristic? a prompt reply on the same would be highly appreciated.

In the criteria for x1 put =x2 And =x3 And =x4 And =x5
