combo box

Hi
I am new and beginner in access. I have two combo box. i want to do in a way that if i select something in first combo box just some of the entry in the second combox be enable. the entries for the second combox is same. for example if i change the currency just cash and cheque be enable for euro and money order be disable and i can choose the methods of payment for each currency.
this is not in the text box. this should work something like data entry, that the user can enter the data quickly.
i know that if it was a text box i could assign true or false for each field for being enable.
thanks alot

On the Right Hand side, you will find links to different groups. I suggest that you may find a better response if you posted in the group dedicated to Access (which access experts frequent)

The wuestion is reasonable, but I think belongs in anaother forum. You will get far better help in a forum where most of the experts are familiar with access

I read your article, but the problem is that i have two tables currency and type. and the combo boxes are using from these two tables. i want to do in such a way that if i choose
EUR just cash and money order be enable in the combo box and cheque be disable and be gray but if I choose USD all of them be enable (cash, chq and money order),
the next problem is that my validation text is not working because in my validation rule i can have just numbers so i validation rule i put like="*#*" and in validation text i wrote jusct enter numbers, but my validtion text is not working.
