Office 2007 export images to rtf?

4
Hi, nooB here, I came here cause you folks know WAY more than I do.

I'm an artist, I use access 2002 to organize records of my paintings, which include images of each one. Often I want to email an inventory with images to a gallery, but the images don't export in rtf documents, so I have to do this laborious cut and paste into a Word document, that I can then email.

I was thinking of upgrading to 2007 because I thought it may have this capability, or perhaps it could do it with the new PDF export feature.

Before I buy, does anyone out there know?

thanks
Tom

You can just use CutePDF if that's what you want.

Looking at CutePDF on line, it looks like that would work if my original rtf files had the images in them. But the problem is that when I export the reports as rtf files, they have everything BUT the images in them.
So I need a way to export with the images from Access, into pdf or rtf or word or whatever.

Make a report in Access that has the images and then print to CutePDF.

I don't know if Cute PDF shows up as a printer. I just assumed it worked the same way as Acrobat because Acrobat shows up as a printer.
