Are they all errors or just some? What algorithm are you using?

I am using a 2003 version of DB and i need to calculate the percentages in subgroups , i have sum of qty in group footer , grand total in report footer and i am calculating % in group footer using the following syntax in cntrol source for the % textbox: =[Sum]/[GrandTotal] and it doesn't show me anything in the percentge box when i close the design view.

If you have calculated textbox

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. =Sum([Qty])
in the report footer you can't use this as a basis for another calculation. However if your percent textbox control is also in the report footer then.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. =Sum([Qty])/[GrandTotal]
If GrandTotal is also calculated you will need to use the full calculation for that also.
