Access 2003 Query Date Functions

P: 1
When using the expressions
[Date Completed]-[Date Received]
is there anyway I could get them to not count weekends?
Date()-1 works well until I need it to show Fridays totals on Monday.
[Date Completed]-[Date Received] I have to manually subtract if there is a
weekend involved.
Unfortunately I inherited this database and I can't make a new table for dates so I was hoping I could come up with something to help.

There is a parameter in the DateAdd() and DateDiff() functions that (should) work with weekdays. I've had problems with it in the past though and find it unreliable.
Check out (Function to Move (Forwards or Backwards) Through Weekdays) for a function that may be of use.
