Building a database for meeting minutes.

I need a database that can contain the minutes of a meeting, agenda, the attendees, action items (Taks), the ability to look up past minutes. I am a novice to intermediate user so I need help please. Thanks in advance.

Talk about vague. What are you looking for? A table structure? A front-end for input?

This link (Normalisation and Table structures) will hopefully start you off.
The storage of the data is the first thing to get done and it is critical that it be right if you want to build on it.
