Showing records in a forms from selected record in a pop-up form

P: 5
Hi All,

I have created a form and subform ( Assignee Outstanding Form ) to display records and related notes in a Helpdesk database table by the assignees respectively. Now, instead of clicking through hundreds of records by assignees in alphabetical order, I would like to use a pop-up form to be opened when the Assignee Outstanding Form is loaded - of which the data come from a query, so the records displayed in the Assignee Outstanding Form ( from the data source query ) are now the ones I selected from the pop-up form.

I have already created this pop-up form by running a query to select the distinct assignees from the Helpdesk database table. How do I put all these together in the Assignee Outstanding Form so the selected assignee is passed on to the query and shows the selected assignee records ?

Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
