Stored procedures/automated reports

I want to automate reports (run stored procedures) in Access 2003 so
they
can be e-mailed to specific managers on a weekly basis. I'm in a
windows XP environment. I'm pretty
good with GUIs and Wizards, but might not understand really technical
explanations, so please help me along. Thx mb
