will the runtime for access 2007 interfeer with access 2003 full version?

P: n/a
I understand that the runtime will be free with access 2007.
I wonder about the following scenario:

A user will have the full version of access 2003 installed (or an
earlier version). A developer will offer an acess 2007 application,
and suggest to the user to download and install the runtime for access

If the user were to do so, will that interfere with her access 2003
applications? will it interfere with her ability to develope
applications in her access 2003 ?

Also, I understand the developer extensions will be included in access
2007. Does that include the treeview control?
thanks greatly
