30 day notice - pop up report

P: n/a
I have a database that keeps track of the date that I receive reports
from other agencies. They are suppose to send me another report
later. I created a query that I enter the day I receive the first
report and then I created an expression to tell me when the next
report is due. I then created another expression to give me the date
30 days before the next report is due so I could send the agencies a
letter telling them they have 30 days to get the report to me. That
all works fine. I am wondering if there is a way to have a pop up
report open at the first of every month to tell me who needs a
letter. Any help would be appreciated.

Write a query to select data for the report. Then in the startup form place
a dlookup to see if the query returns any data. If so preview the report.
