Need a small guidance pl......

Am trying to build a database for non-profit organisation, its a volunteer job and nobody around to guide me. From my learning I could able to build few reports and forms but am feeling stuck at one point and I need some guidance.

I have two tables tblWorkers and tblLocations (locations & positions to volunteer & start and end time) and made relationship using tblJunction.

I need to build a form which shows volunteers details and a sub-form to directly fill the volunteers schedule (location, date and time ) using "lookup wizard" as soon as I get the confirmation from any of them. I tried building one but its not working.Could somebody guide me what query should I run to get this form working

I am feeling really stuck and dont want to disappoint these people, any sort of guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance......

Help to Build Query to Link Multiple Tables for a Form.

Why post, basically, the same request twice without having first responded to the people trying to help you in the first thread?
