Option Group in Reports

P: 14
I have a database that has some Option Groups. In the Report it displays the option as a number (1, 2 or 3) but I want it to display the text instead. I was told to use the Choose function as follows:
=Choose([YourField], "Text1", "Text2", "Text3")

Where do I type this in?

Keep the current control on the report. You can make it invisible if you don't want it to display. Then create a new textbox and put this code in the control source. The [YourField] would be replaced by the name of the original option control and replace Text1 etc with the Text values you want to display for 1, 2 or 3 respectively.
