Second Database Slow To Open After IE7 Install

I experienced the following problem the last time I installed IE7
beta. Since then I have done a reformat of my hard disc and after
using IE6 for a while I installed the latest version of IE7 and the
problem has reappeared. The problem didn't manifest when I was using
IE6. The cause is probably extremely obscure and the reason for this
post is to inquire if others are seeing the same problem.

I have Access 2000 and 2003 installed on my machine with the default
mdb file association being Access 2003.

If I double click any mdb file in Explorer it opens almost immediately
as would be expected on a reasonably fast machine. If I leave the
file open and then double click any other mdb file in Explorer, the
second instance of Access opens immediately but then it hangs for
about 4 or 5 seconds before the actual file opens. Any subsequent mdb
that is opened hangs in the same manner.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
