Custom toolbars in Access

I've built a toolbar in Access (using the Customize process) and want to
place my own images in it. The problem is that the images I place in the
tool bar have terrible resolution and look awful. I notice that the built in
images like the form and report images look great, but if you edit them via
the built in editor, they get converted to low res images too and then look
bad. Is there anyway I can incorporate my own high-quality images?

Thanks!
Paula
