Enabling and Disabling Fields

HI friends,

In my access database i want to get in an operation which should reflect in the report as what i said...


Concept -- this is an billing database.
In the bill entry form i want to add an option button which should control an combo box which reflects in the bill report ..

Now details about the field that field is for Tax filling which is an depending field from another table .

Some bills are extemped from bills so that they can have a direct price with out Tax for that i want to do is just directly select the option to enable or disable the tax ..

Did u understand please do the need full....

I'm sorry, I know you've tried to explain this properly but all I understand from this is the title :(
To disable fields you can do 1 of 2 things :
  1. Set the Visible property (True=Enabled; False=Disabled)
  2. Set the Enabled property.
