A97 time out message box

MLH
I would like to implement a time-out message box.
T'would be great if MsgBox statement had a timeout
argument. But since it doesn't, here's what I'm thinking
about...

Open a form with my message on it. Let's say I want
something like "Do you wish to continue?" as a label
on the form. Of course there would be YES & NO bttns.
The form's OnTimer event code would be set to ten
thousand millisec's at which time the form would close
itself.

If I open the form in DIALOG mode, would that not
emulate a standard MsgBox statement that times out
in 10-seconds? Are there any associated gotchas I
should be concerned with?

'preciate the feedback.

So far, it seems to be working just as I'd hoped -
knock on wood.
