Form and subform

Hi all,

I'm a newbie with Access but am learning thanks to all the great people
inthis group. Once again, I need help - I'm having difficulties
achieving the following:

I want to create a form, with a drop down list (combo box) containing
employee names. Once I click on the employee, I want a subform to open
up so I can see all their sales for the year. I also want to be able to
edit the fields so the tables can be updated. I have 2 tables - one has
the employee list and ID, while another table has the employees and
their respective sales for each date. In the tblEmployee, there are
names which don't appear in tblSales because not all employees have
made sales. Can someone please help? If you can give me detailed info,
I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!

Did tblEmployee join to tblSale in one-many Relationship through ID ?
If so, when u create main/sub form based on these table then it will do as
ur intend.

Thank you! I created the relationship and now have a full fledged sub
form tied to the form!
Thanks again!
