Removed (Filter For: ) from the default pop up menu

bwesenberg
Hello All,
I am new here just found this network.
I need some assistance. I am using Access XP.
I was creating a custom pop up menu for a database and wanted the Filter
For: in the menu and I somehow removed it from the default pop up menu.
How on gods green earth do I get that back in the default pop up menu.
I have tried restoreing defualts but can't seem to get it back. I tried moving the
Filter for and then it moves it out of my custom menu.
I am pulling out my hair on this one.
I only want the custom menus for 1 database.
The default for the rest of my databases is now missing the Filter For:
option.
Please help!

Thanks

I just ran the detect and repair and had it set the defaults back.
That worked.
Thanks anyway for looking.

You could also have opened the customise tool window in one of the databases with the default menu and dragged the Filter For back onto the Menu from the list.

Glad you got it working anyway.
