Attaching Files

Hi!

How can I attach files in ms access form?and then I want it to save in database..is it possible that e can view it inside the form?

You can't attach files per say to an Access Form but you can create a Field in the underlying Table (the Record Source for the Form) and designate it as type Hyperlink. The linkage to these Files are now stored within the Database. In your Form you can insert a Text Box and set its Control Source to the Hyperlink Field. Clicking on the displayed Hyperlink Field will now enable you to view the File within its Server Application - not the Form. Hope this is what you had in mind.
