Updated forms...

Hi Everyone..

Im doing a CMS System..I hope someone give me idea and example on my problem..Here it goes..

CMS department are the one who adds request in the main form, the form has a field of departments,they need to send an alert depends on the request..
Here is my problem..

How can I do a form for departments,once they see an alert message they can login in the system and see the request..please help me..

This really works better as a web or intranet system. I have built them in the past. It is much easier to centralize the data and anyone can access it from anywhere in the world. The alerts are sent out as emails. Management get a different access to the data etc. You should do this in asp with access back end.

It's vb script so the data handling is very similar. You just have to get used to handling stateless forms.

Not sure if you can use access that way. I think you need mysql for php. Not an expert on that though.
