Group header appearing at both beginning and end of report section

I have a group header that is appearing at both the beginning and end
of the data in my report group.

I have looked all through the settings and cannot figure out why this
is happening.

Can anyone help me stop the group header appearing at the bottom of
the data?

Perhaps you have a data record with no displayed data??

Unlikely, but maybe you have the same data displayed in the
group's footer or the report's footer??
