Modifying Outlook Data in Access

RLN
Hello.
Re: Access 2003 / Outlook 2003

I would like to do some bulk modifications to the following fields on
these default forms in Outlook for a specific .pst file in
C:\MyFolder\MyOutlookStuff.pst :
-Remove parentheses on the phone numbers in the "Home Phone", Business
Phone" and "Mobile Phone" fields on the "General" form tab.
-Modify "Category" & "Notes" on the "General" form tab
-Modify "Profession" on the "Details" form tab
-Modify "Consulting" on the "User Defined Fields" form tab (I created
this boolean field)

Does anyone have an example (or know a good site) that would have some
good code samples to accomplish this via VBA in Access?

One other item:
For each of my contacts, I have comments in the memo field located on
the right side of the default "General" tab (directly above the
"Categories" text box)
This field does not show up in the list when I go over to "All Fields"
tab/and choose"All Contact fields" in the "Select From" combo box.
Any reason this does not show up in the list? All the other fields
with data show up fine.
(fwiw, I have made no customizations to my Outlook configuration aside
from an email signature and default font, etc.)
Thank you.
