First at all find an ODBC driver for Sybase...

Install it and insure the connection with Sybase!

When it is done choose from File -> Get external data -> Link

ODBC as file type and select ur connection with Sybase!

Select the tables that u want in ur access database!

So u can use Sybase database with Access

If u want to join them...

Go in Queries add the Access and Sybase tables and establish the join btwn the respective fields!

Select the fields that should appear!

Ur query is ready for use!
