My TransferText from Query and Form sending Binary data?

I'm using a transferText command on a Query that is joining several
tables and pulling data off of a form. Â*However all the fields from
the
form are coming across as what I believe is Binary data. Â*Am I missing

some sort of setting in the transferText function?

DoCmd.TransferText acExportDelim, , "qryDistributionListForExport",
strFileName

an example:
Incorrect:
30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00
31 00 35 00 30 00 30 00 37 00

,"stringofNumbers","lastname","firstname","","1 074",$375.00,35 00 37
00
31 00 31 00 ,39 00 ,"4444444",1,,31 00 37 00 30 00 35 00 31 00 30
00
,"lastname, firstname ","stringofNumbers","Left3 stringofNumbers"
Should be:

00000001111
,"stringofNumbers","lastname","firstname","","1074 ",$375.00,35 00 37 00

31 00 31 00 ,39 00 ,"4444444",1,,55555 ,"lastname, firstname

","stringofNumbers","Left3 stringofNumbers"
