Everyone can help?

I need to generate a access report to pdf file by using adobe pdf
automatically and send the pdf file directly thru outlook by using the
email address in the table.

I using the report's onpage event to set the report's caption to the
psersonid & personname:
report.caption = personid & " " & personname

So, the adobe pdf use the report.caption as a filename.

My 2nd question, if i forward to next page the report caption will change
accordingly but no if i click back to the prevoius page. How to solve it?

Thanks in adv.

There is a freebie called CutePDF writer which appears as a printer in the
print dialogue box. You select it and it asks you the name of the pdf file
you want to create and it's location

I don't think you can "peddle backwards" through the pages. I understand
formatting is done from the begining of the document because data can spill
over from one page to the next.
