how to set a search form in access

hi,

I have two tables one - "company" and another- "detail" I want to design a form where there is field showing the names of company in a list box as under--

company : _____________
:[____________]


and one another field names "detail" showing all the details from table "detail" related to the comapny as under

-----detail-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bill no. amount amt. paid payment date cheq. no



---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


how should i do it

What data's in the tables?
How are the two tables linked?
What, if anything, are you hoping to be able to update?

Please provide MetaData (Table Name; Field Names and Types; Indexes) for tables.
Please provide SQL for queries.
