Cmd to Open new Field

P: 1
I want to document the time i spend with each client, but I want each amount of time entered separately so as to see that on Date 1 i spent X amount of time and on Date 2 i spent Y amount of time and so forth...

As there's no telling how many times I may meet with the client, is there a way to create a command button on the form that will simply add a field in which i can type the new contact info?

Thanks in advance.

Would it work to just create a new table..say "ClientDateTimes". Give it fields like "ID", "clientID", "Date", "hours" and just link it to a subform in the form you are working on. Then you could just add a new record to the subform whenever you want.

You would need a table to hold this data.
A subform off a/the main client form could work, linked by ClientID. Then you wouldn't need to add that field at least. Whenever you needed to add a new entry you just go down to the subform and add a new entry :).
Nice idea Sandro :).
