How can I never input data again and again....

2

From picture I want to input data in 1 time, red one.
I mean, first time I input that and second time I should not until close this input form. I want to fix it and never key it again in next time.

How can I do it.
Thank you very much.

Really, you should be looking at normalising the database then you would have a table of claims with another table of claim details (See How to structure your tables). With this structure you could get the wizard to create a form + subform to allow this to work automatically.
If (as it looks) you are using the form to add new Claim details, then you can have some code in the AfterUpdate of the Textbox :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Public strLast As String
  2.
  3. Private Sub txtClaimNo_AfterUpdate() 'Or whatever your control is called
  4.     strLast = Me.txtClaimNo
  5. End Sub
and then, in the OnCurrent event of the form :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Private Sub Form_Current()
  2.     If Nz(Me.txtClaimNo, "") = "" Then
  3.         Me.txtClaimNo = strLast
  4.     End If
  5. End Sub
