Really, you should be looking at normalising the database then you would have a table of claims with another table of claim details (See
How to structure your tables). With this structure you could get the wizard to create a form + subform to allow this to work automatically.
If (as it looks) you are using the form to add new Claim details, then you can have some code in the AfterUpdate of the Textbox :
