command button to add data from subforms and refresh form

P: n/a
I am using Access 2003 and have a form with two subforms on them.

I would like to be able to use a command button to add the row of data
( 5 fields ) that are completed on the subform, as well as refresh the
parent form which has a list box that shows the values from the first
field ( custname ) that have been added thus far to the table linked to
the subform.

My form has two subforms and I would like the command buttons to work
independently, in other words, the first command button controlling the
first subform and the second one controlling the second subform.

Also, if possible, when entering data on the subform, can I make the
cursor hold in the last field of the subform and wait for the user to
click on the command button...

Thanks in advance for the help.
