Queries in Access

Hey, i have a query in access and when going through the message boxes typing in my requirements, i was after a drop down menu on the message boxes so i dont need to keep on typing the specific item in. how would i go about getting a combo or list box on a query?

Thanks in advance

Dave,

I'm a little confused about what you want. But here goes ...

You can design a form with the combobox on it and in your query you can set it as criteria.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. WHERE [FieldName] = [Forms]![FormName]![ComboboxName]
