Dcount function receiving Data type mismatch error

I am trying to use the Dcount function but receive a data type mismatch
error, can someone help me determine the cause?

Count: DCount("[30]","qry-final everhome results","[30] <'0' ")

Thanks!

Sounds like the field [30] contains numeric data and therefore your zero
should not have quotes around it.

Count: DCount("[30]","qry-final everhome results","[30] <0")
