How can I generate a random training seat in Access 2003?

2
I have two table of Access 2003 one of them called student and the other one called company.
The company table contains company_name and seat_num. The student table contains student_num and training_seat so I would like to make update query to distribute the number of the companies seats randomly to the student on the filed training seat.
