Labels with Group Header

Hi, I created labels using the label wizard. I then added a group
header for a FN/LN field. I moved the following text box to the group
header:

=Trim([Last] & ", " & [First])
Remaining in the detail section is a field called "Signer Name".
Now, here's my problem. Some groups have one signer name, others have
more. Because I'd used the labels wizard, it recognizes the 3 columns.

I did have to change it to "down and across" instead of "across and
down".
The problem is I need it to keep the label sizes exactly as they were
before I created the header section. It's like it does not even
recognize the fact that I'd chosen an avery 8160 label, 3 across, 10
down. I've worked with can grow/can shrink, and also with subforms.
Nothing works!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
