Ok, so I have a querry that is being run from a Form. When the form is done, I am having Access automatically output the records to an excell file. Is there a way that I can fix it so that the computer can loop the querry until all the files have been exported to seperate excell files? Or should I just refine my search and take all the data myself in smaller increments?

I don't think you can do the former programmatically.
You'll need to use the latter method I'm afraid.
Not so elegant, I know :(.
