Access Switchboards

I am using switchboards in my database to make it easier for the users, however the exit function does not exit it loads a report any ideas on what I have doen wrong. I am not technical so have used the guides to create the database and various views.

I am using switchboards in my database to make it easier for the users, however the exit function does not exit it loads a report any ideas on what I have doen wrong. I am not technical so have used the guides to create the database and various views.
All the commands for the switchboard are held in the switchboard table. If for instance the exit command is on button 8 then if you look in the table at value 8 you will see what the button is doing.
