I've only done this in VB6, not Access - but have you tried doing a .Move method in the form's load event?

'The Left Parameter is Required while Top, Width, and Height are Optional. All
'values are in Twips (1 inch = 1440 Twips). To refer to a Form or to the current
'Form where Code activation is taking place:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Forms![frmMyForm].Move Left:=XXXX, Top:=XXXX, Width:=XXXX, Height:=XXXX
  2. Me.Move Left:=XXXX, Top:=XXXX, Width:=XXXX, Height:=XXXX
