Hi

I have a form which I want to run few things without going from one form to another.
When I open my form I want the user to just see drop down list,
Once the user make a selection from the drop down list and hit the OK button, I want them to see (in the same form) the list(called available Items) of all things belong to that selection.

infront of the "available Items" list I want ot have an other list with called CC which displays all CC item from another table (table2).
There an arrow between these two list which enables the user to add that name from CC list to Available item list once select an item from CC list.
can any one help.

thanks

I have posted this earlier but i didn't get any replies, please help anyone if you can.
My problem is that I don't know to hide or unhide sections of a form.
If my question is not clear please let me know so I can explain it.
Thanks

Anything to be shown or hidden should have its .Visible property set appropriately.
