Problem minimizing Access to System Tray

I've been trying to minimize my Access database application to the
system tray.
I'm using Dave Ashish's code from
http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0045.htm and I also have the AddrOf
function in place. I don't get any compile errors at all.

The problem is that I don't have any menu from the icon after I get it
minimized to the tray. How are you supposed to get the application to
come back up? Or use menus in the system tray?
