Hello evrybody,
I have a table containing data with Name,Address,Plate Number. in this table one name can have the same Address but many Plate Number. So in my report i need to show one name for only one address, and many plate numbers.
Forexample..
Name Address PlateNumber
Adem St.123 XD120
Adem St.123 XD121
Adem St.123 XD122
Samuel St.101 XD202
Kidane St.201 XS300

So what i need is to show me a report,
Adem St.123 XD120,XD121,XD122
Samuel St.101 XD202
Kidane St.201 XS300

B/c i am new for codes, pls do for me with codes , and in query formula

use Group by in the report. If you create a report with the wizard, you will come across it. Group on name.

Unfortunately, listing the various plates across the report like that in different columns won't be so easy.
I'm not sure it's a very sensible idea either.
How many columns would you have?
How would you transpose multiple records or rows into columns anyway?

Perhaps you should give a little more thought to what you really require.
