I have 2 tables [both are identical in column name and datatype] with memo field, when selecte values from both the table with union query I face a problem of 1st 255 chars. of the memo field. How to get the full values of the column?

Memo fields are not really designed to hold data that is to be manipulated, but oddly enough, are designed to hold "memos!" Because of this, queries often have problems handling memo fields. Here are a couple of links that may offer some help:

MissingLinq,

Tip:
When posting URL links, surround them in [U R L] and [/ U R L] tags (lose the spaces)
This doesn't seem to be provided in the reply page and isn't required after editing a post.

Thanks, NeoPa! Not necessary in other forums I frequent. I'll make a mental note for here!

I know you're right on that one.
Another method, if preferred, is simply to edit your post immediately. That will then parse the urls ok.
