Custom Report in Acces 2003 Database

1
I am trying to create a custom report that will allow me to records appear under a common label. What I am getting is the label will repeat on each page with a single record. I have six separate lable categories and I am capturing the data for each from the form. I get the separation on the query and table. I would like to have all of the common records to each label appear under that label not 1 record per label. I hope this makes sense, I am a novice Access user and I am racking my brain to solve this.

Example of what I want to do.

Label: Goal 1 Activities:
Record One
Record Two
Record Three

Label: Goal 2 Activities
Record One
etc.

I appreciate any help.

You can only set groupings on field values.

Go to View menu and choose Sorting and Grouping.

This will allow you to group records under a particular field by choosing each one from a drop down list.
