big problem, logically will it work tell me

Hi

i am doing daily scheduling task of my staffs.

for eg. Day1 form-- fields are,

TypeOf work, Object, 1hr, 2hr,3hr, 4hr 5hr, 6hr, 7hr, 8hr, total hour
BG_client somename Checkbox to all hr fields
Pre-Production same as above
Modelling same as above
Texturing same as above
lighting same as above
is it possible to store the values at once in same table.

all the values should store in the corresponding rows but i couldn't able to insert rows in table.
looks like this
bg_client * *
pre-prod * *
modelling * *
texturing
etc when i click savecmd it should store all the values at once

pls help me

Is each checkbox bound to the corresponding hour field in the table?
