Formating fields in a report

15
Hi all,

I have used a cross-tab query combining some text and number fields to generate a report. Unfortunately, the cross-tab query results in all fields being classified as TEXT fields and I have no way of avoiding the cross-tab query.

Hence, does anyone know how to format a TEXT field such as '1234567' into '1,234,567' in a report?

Cheers.

Use the Val() function (or CDbl(); CLng(); etc if preferred)
Then set Fromat property obviously.
