I have tried

Private Sub Form_LostFocus()
DoCmd.Quit
End Sub
Firstly, DoCmd.Quit will close Access

Secondly, the close action needs to be in the On Load Event of the new form.

Try:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.
  2. Private Sub Form_Load()
  3.
  4. DoCmd.Close acForm, "Form1"
  5.
  6. End Sub
  7.
