Common Controls (MSCOMCTL.OCX) and Type Library

I am working with the Toolbar and Imagelist control in Access and as hard as
I look, I cannot find it in the list of available References. Is it listed
as a different control?
I have checked the registry and it and its classes appear to be registered.
Does it have to be registered in Access again?

There is no need to set a reference for controls. Just click the "More
Controls" button at the bottom of the toolbar, and find your control.

Not everyone is thrilled about the common controls, as I'm sure you
can find in Google.

Thanks Tom,
Yeah, I appreciate that. Happy or not, once you have decided to use it you
have to follow through.
My unhappiness primarily stems from the absence of the type library, which I
guess is due to the lack of Reference. And I thought this was more an
Access problem then a comctl problem. But I may be wrong, I did not try
to duplicate all the code in VB.
I take it then, that there is no way to make more member information
available to Access than the bare bones control as it has been inserted?
It works, I guess I was looking for extensibility,
Gerhard
