Help me to Open Restricted MsAccess File

Hello,
I m trying to open Some MsAccess Database. But its not opening bcz of the restriction. While clicking the file its showing read only access to the file. If press ok its not showing any tables, query, form, report and pages. Its not only one file some other databases also showing same problem. These all databases are linked one VBApplication.
Please give me some solution to open this database to open tables, forms and reports.

Good ay Imthiyaz ,
it may help a bit if you let us know what format the database is , what code or call is being used to try to open then and if anyone has put a lock on the database and if so why?

These wouldn't be "MDE" files, would they? As opposed to "MDB", that is. Only, these symptoms sound suspsiciously like a "compiled" database.

My thoughts exactly Killer42 , sounds a lot like MDE to me but could be a few other things

Yeah. Runtime, for example. Um... wait a minute. Runtime won't even show you the database window, will it?

Yeah Its Not showing database window.Exactly i don't know the File format i hope its MDB. Bcz its showing that Microsoft Access Application.
Many databases are linked to the main VBApplication. Its a ERP Application. From Past one year my company is not using ERP bcz of the many forms and many keyin Input data. they did in Excel file to maintain data. Now i need to upload all the data into this application. So i m trying to open Access Files but its not opening. But its showing the forms and reports. When trying to open its showing message like u don;t have permission to access. Pls give me some help to open this forms. so i can upload all my data.
